We offer exchanges within 72hours of receiving the product, we strictly do not do cash refunds, however the full value of the returned product will be credited to you , to enable you to exchange for something on our Catalogue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are eligible for the cost of shipping on Returns . For Items that are defective or have been sent out with errors ,Trendy Wigs Gallery will pay the Shipping cost rectify the errors and Cover all Shipping costs to return goods to the Client. Additional non-returnable items:

Returns Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will  call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on Shipment of the Agreed  exchange product.

Shipping returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
