Customers are eligible for the cost of shipping on Returns . For Items that are defective or have been sent out with errors ,Trendy Wigs Gallery will pay the Shipping cost rectify the errors and Cover all Shipping costs to return goods to the Client. Returns Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will  call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on Shipment of the Agreed  exchange product.

Shipping returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
