Do you offer guarantee ?
All of our products come with a 3 year guarantee but this depends on how you take care of your hair .
Where is the hair shipped from?
Hair products are shipped from Pretoria depending on the area you can receive your order within 3 – 5 working days.
How long will delivery take?
All orders are processed and sent Monday to Friday 2PM, Delivery times differ according to the area . Johannesburg & Pretoria: 24 Hours. All other major centres: 48 Hours. Rural areas : 48 – 72 Hours. International Delivery: 3 – 7 working days
How do I wash my wig or hairpiece?
We recommend that you use Lukewarm water a shampoo and Conditioners for your hair. Step 1. Detangle Brush your wig with a comb thoroughly to detangle before wash. Step 2. Wash Fill a bowl with cold or warm water; place the wig in the water to soak up all the water. Then wash your wig gently with shampoo and let the wig sink in the shampoo water for a few minutes. Step 3. Rinse Rinse your wig in water to remove the shampoo. Make sure you do not squeeze or wring your wig. Step 4. Condition Apply conditioner thoroughly to your wig stroking and coating the hair with your fingers from the root downwards. Leave the conditioner in for 5 minutes. Step 5. Dry Rinse the conditioner out and then place your wig on a clean towel and pat dry, remember to not squeeze or wring your wig. Leave your wig on the towel to air dry until your wig is dry. Step 6. Style Once your wig is dry. Brush your wig with a comb and style as desired.
How many packs of hair will I need for a full weave?
We normally recommend 2 – 3 bundles but it will depend on the length and the style you want to achieve.
How long will my weave or wig last?
The type of hair we sell comes with a 3 year guarantee but this depends on how you take care of your hair, if you take good care of your hair it can even last you longer than 3 years.
What is a Lace Front Wig and Full Lace Wig?
Lace Front Wigs are wigs that only have lace in the front of the wig and the remainder of the wig is made from a regular netted wig cap or other similar materials. The lace in the front blends in with your skin to create the illusion that the hair is growing from your own scalp and thus a natural looking hairline.These wigs can therefore be parted anywhere in the front and can be pulled back into a low ponytail. Full Lace Wigs are Lace wigs which are designed with the entire wig cap being made from lace as well as lace all around the perimeter of the wig. Full lace wigs allow you to wear your hair in high up dos and ponytails.
Does Trendy Wigs Gallery have a physical store that I can visit?
No ,we do not have a physical store all out orders are processed online through Instagram, Facebook WhatsApp and Online store which means we are open 24 hours a day and we can services all clients around the world.
How do I track my order?
Once all the orders have been processed they are sent/shipped through a courier company that has tracking number for each order, all tracking numbers will be sent to clients through SMS Email or WhatsApp and instructions on you can track your order.

Can I bleach my extensions or Lace Wig?
Yes you can bleach your extensions but we always recommend that you consult with a professional hair dresser to do the bleaching.
How does lay-by work ?
Our Layby system is very simple you can take time to pay for your hair instead of paying it all at once, you start with only 20% and you can choose to pay over 2 or 3 installments. You only receive your products after paying the full amount. Lay-by Orders are processed within 72 hours (see Lay-by terms and conditions and shipment information).
